Is it Easy to Use - Not only should the software be easy to use, but make sure the online Tutorials & online help are comprehensive and easy to understand. 3. Tools - You should look for programs that allow you to import graphics easily and resizing should be easy. Creating buttons and navigation should be easy. There should be the ability to change colours of text, and adding links to other website and pages within your website should be easily incorporated.
